RCN Foundation
The RCN Foundation is an independent charity dedicated to supporting and strengthening nursing and midwifery to improve the health and wellbeing of the nation. We support nurses, midwives, healthcare support workers, nursing associates and students to improve care and fulfil their potential by providing grants for hardship, education, and innovation and research. We have a strong focus on addressing health inequality across all strands of our grant-giving.
We have also created the RCN Foundation Centre for Compassionate Leadership in Nursing and Midwifery, which aims to be at the forefront of advancing evidence-informed approaches to leadership that help create inclusive, supportive cultures where staff, patients and communities can thrive.
